Project takeover, client unhappy with the previous contractor. The build was up to 30% completion upon takeover. The job was side and rear extension, and loft conversion. Previous works were mostly removed for safety as it was not to the current standard. Once stability had been successfully passed by building control, we were able to work hand in hand with the client to give them their dream home. The client then extended the contract for our team to carry out all internal finishes down to the final clean and handover. Finished Product at the end.
